Aiming for international standards, Nam Ninh realized their existing stack (KiotViet for sales, MISA for accounting, and disconnected tools like Trello) couldn't keep up.

Data Fragmentation

Sales data in KiotViet didn't sync with Accounting in MISA, requiring manual re-entry and causing discrepancies.

POS Limitations

The old POS couldn't handle the complex needs of a high-volume service area with diverse restaurant and retail zones.

Operational Lag

Management lacked real-time visibility to make quick decisions on inventory and staffing.
